These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and every purchase made through it. The website is operated by DR Research Supply LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("DR Research Supply," "we," "us"). By using the site, clicking "I Agree" at the entry gate, or placing an order, you ("Purchaser," "you") agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Research use only

Materials are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they must not be administered to humans or animals in any form. Product names on this site are our own in-house catalog codes, and product descriptions identify the material only. Nothing on the site describes, or should be read as describing, any use in or effect on a living body.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organization for legitimate research purposes, that you are qualified to handle research materials, and that the information you provide is accurate. We ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Purchaser responsibilities

• You will use materials only for lawful in vitro laboratory research, conducted by qualified persons in an appropriate laboratory setting.
• You are solely responsible for storing, handling, using, and disposing of materials safely and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and institutional safety requirements.
• You will not resell, relabel, or repackage materials for human or animal use, or represent them as fit for any such use.

4. No medical or technical guidance

DR Research Supply is not a pharmacy, medical provider, or healthcare facility. We do not provide medical advice, dosing information, preparation or reconstitution instructions, or any guidance related to human or animal use. We will not answer questions of that kind.

5. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm payment and prepare it for shipment. We may refuse or cancel any order, and restrict quantities, at our discretion. For example, we may do this if we reasonably believe the materials are intended for human or animal use, if pricing or product information was listed in error, or if an order cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an order is accepted.

6. Payment

Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout, according to the payment instructions we send after you place an order. Orders ship once payment is received and matched to the order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship within the United States by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the shipping address you provided. You are responsible for giving a correct, complete address.

8. All sales final

Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a package arrives damaged in transit or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will review it and make it right where appropriate.

9. Product information and documentation

Certificates of analysis are published on each tested product listing. Each one reflects the results for the specific lot tested by the named laboratory on the stated date. Safety data sheets are provided for handling information. Product information is provided for identification and research-planning purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, materials and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR Research Supply disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. This includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and any warranty that the materials are suitable for any particular research application.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR Research Supply and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use, misuse, or handling of materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DR Research Supply and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use, misuse, handling, resale, or disposal of materials, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law.

13. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend or close accounts, and refuse service, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after it is posted.
