This Privacy Policy explains how DR Research Supply LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and keeps personal information when you visit this website, create an account, or place an order.

Information we collect

• Account information: your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number, which we use to create your account and sign you in by text-message code.
• Order information: shipping and billing names and addresses, email and phone number, the items you order, order totals and discounts, promo codes used, order and payment status, and shipment tracking.
• Cart information: the items in your cart while you are signed in, so we can save your cart and remind you about an unfinished order.
• Communications: messages you send us by email or Messenger.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and sign-in activity. We also collect the advertising or referral source that brought you to the site, such as ad-click identifiers and campaign tags.
• Cookies and browser storage: cookies needed to keep you signed in, browser storage that remembers your research-use acknowledgement for the current visit, and advertising-measurement cookies described below.

We do not collect or store credit card numbers or bank account numbers on this website.

How we use it

• To process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders, and to send order confirmations, payment instructions, and shipping updates.
• To create and secure your account, including sign-in verification codes.
• To send reminders about unfinished carts or unpaid orders, and occasional promotional emails. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by contacting us.
• To measure our advertising and understand how the site is used.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, database, and site analytics.
• Clerk: account management and text-message sign-in.
• Resend: delivery of order and account emails.
• Google: address autocomplete at checkout.
• TikTok: advertising measurement. When you place an order, we may send TikTok the order value and a hashed (scrambled) form of your email address and phone number so we can measure ad performance.
• U.S. Postal Service: your name and shipping address, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order records, including names, addresses, and purchase details, for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, generally up to seven years after the order. We delete or anonymize information that we no longer need. You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time. We will do so except where we must keep order records for the reasons above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of promotional emails, by contacting us at the addresses below. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is restricted to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Age requirement

This site is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on this page.
